Nelson grew up in New York City. At age 25, he moved to Florida seeking warmer weather. In 1989 he joined Ruth’s Chris Steak House where he launched his hospitality career. During his 15-year tenure with Ruth’s Chris and his continual hard work and dedication allowed him to move up in the ranks holding various positions including, General Manager and Director of Operations. His experience led him across the East Coast working in various city like West Palm Beach, Miami, San Juan PR., Washington DC, Indianapolis and Chicago, among other cities. With more than 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Nelson has worked with numerous brands, franchises and independents, such as “The Palm” Steak House, Eddie Merlot’s, Shula’s Corporation and Mike Ditka Steak House in Chicago to name a few.
In March 2013 Nelson joined CR Management Group in Miami, where he is VP of Human Resources / Operations. Nelson runs the day-to-day operations of 6 Latin Food concepts throughout south Florida with an excess of sale of over 20 million dollars. Nelson oversees a Management staff of over 20 and a total of over 400 employees.
Nelson’s lasts few years in Miami has been as a true entrepreneur, along with his experience of building brands and opening restaurants throughout the country.
Nelson is looking forward to his next chapter this year with his new partners, Restaurant Consultant 360 he is creating a superior new concept and destination here in Florida among some other cities.
Michael is an executive chef consultant for RS360. His passion and creativity for food makes him a good parter for us. He has created diverse menus that feature modern takes on American and Latin American foods. He has won many accolades including Best Restaurant in South Florida by Channel 10, Riverwalk Burger Battle Winner in 2011, 2012 and 2018, Best New Restaurant in Broward in 2011, Top 50 restaurants in South Florida by Zagat, Best Restaurant in Miami 2014, 2015, 2016.
Michael has competed in the SOBE Food and Wine Festival for many years, at many different themed events, and is highly recognized by his peers. He was recently featured in FSR magazine, as well.
The operational performance, financial experience, sales acumen, and marketing knowledge have made Marco an important player in the companies he has worked for. Originally graduated from Florida International University and with more than 15 years in the foodservice industry, Marco brings a solid professional background to the team. During the past 20 years, Marco has helped running a 25 million sales department for major distribution companies, including Gordon Food Service. His roles as a Manager, Commercial Sales Manager, and Regional Manager in distribution companies, allow him to have the operational and financial background that is needed to help organize, manage and develop the concept. Marco is the President of Restaurant Suite 360 and a major contributor to the success of many independent and chain restaurants as a business and marketing consultant.
Giussepina is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and a proud member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA.) Giussepina has been in the Accounting and Finance fields since 2004 working for the private sector, and specializing in a variety of accounting, tax, treasury, and audit services. Her experience and professionalism as a Controller will become an invaluable asset to the project.
A seasoned publicists and marketing professional. His career has taken him from working in several major advertising and publishing companies, including Interandina Young & Rubicam, and American Media to running consulting services for a variety of companies in different industries. During the past 10 years, Victor has been involved in the marketing and advertising plans and campaigns of several companies in the food service industry such as Gordon Food Service and major chain accounts. His major focus has been the creation of effective strategies to achieve successful marketing campaigns. His role as a marketing manager will be crucial to launch and execute a solid and effective marketing plan. He is one of the partners of Restaurant Suite 360.
With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and more than 25 years of experience in the food industry in the area of sales, finance, purchasing, and logistics, Fabio has become an integral member of our team. Fabio currently serves as our LATAM Regional Manager and works on restaurant projects in the USA.
Claudia is an Architect and Interior Designer professional with more than 25 years of experience in South America and the USA. From residential to commercial projects, Claudia has worked on several projects such as The Hyatt, Logan Heights Library, Liberty Station Club Germania, Condominios Asia Campo, Tazza cafe, Skechers, and Coolbox, among several others. Claudia has also been a professor at The New School of Architecture in San Diego. Currently, Claudia is running her own Aquitectural and Design studio with local and international clients, as well as, sharing her experience and knowledge by teaching at Toulouse Lautrec. Claudia leads the architectural and interior design services team for RC360.
With a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and over 20 years in the event and food industry, Jair has served as a seasoned professional and entrepreneur. Performing as GM of companies and brands such as Del Carajo, Mr. Fish, Kaos, and as a consultant for companies, such as La Rosa Nautica, among others, has served of utmost importance for the projects that we work on RC360 in South America. His knowledge of the industry in event management, negotiations with suppliers, and extensive local relationships are very important for the development of local projects. Jair also leads the marketing operations for the USA and Peru for Restaurant Suite 360.
Business professional graduated from The Universidad De Lima in Business Administration, with Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Finance at ESAN and more than 20 years of experience in Administration and Finance areas within leading companies in the market, developing activities in the areas of Imports, Human Resources, Administration, Operations and Finance in different industries as Construction, TV, Retail, Restaurant, and Textile. Currently, Miguel serves as a General Manager of Celta Contratistas in Lima-Perú developing soft-landing for overseas companies and as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Restaurant Suite 360.
